Root-cause approach.
No patches that cover up the underlying problems - you’ll start digging and unearthing the sources.
Learn why quick-fixes don't last.
Begin discovering and addressing the underlying causes behind pain points.
Learn what foods, sleep habits and stress management techniques support you - while learning how to uncover triggers (food, environment, etc) that have been derailing your success.
Customization.
Current lifestyle and obstacles are utilized to outline a framework toward achieving your goal.
Modifications to routine, diet and lifestyle are suggested.
Suggested meal planning guides, recipes and resources are provided.
Suggested recipes that inspire instead of deprive.
Omnivore and vegetarian options offered, so you can “do you”!
Customized weekly suggested meal guides and shopping lists.
Client Portal
You will have your own account within the Practice Better (PB) platform, which will allow you to access all program guides, materials, recipes with photos to help with meal planning, shopping lists, etc - from your phone or computer.

Notifications and updates to your program as you meet milestones
Weekly recipe modifications, including your input/preferences
Private coaching sessions.
One initial 60-minute wellness consultation.
Weekly 15-minute check-in Zoom calls.
Monthly Zoom/in-person meetings (45 minutes) to evaluate progress, celebrate wins, work through obstacles and set milestones for the upcoming month.
Mindset.
Mindset is very different from motivation. Motivation is easily lost in life's hustle and relies on you constantly convincing yourself to put in undesired effort.
Mindset involves a series of intentional steps guiding you to realize who you want to BECOME, not convince yourself to feign. This package supports long-term goals. You’ll learn to use thought work and mindset exercises to build a solid foundation for results to take root and thrive on.
We take a deep dive into your personal ‘why’ to keep you moving forward, as well as understanding and navigating the obstacles that tend to pull you back.
Habit Shifting and Building.
Habit formation is the cornerstone of long-term success. Triggers, obstacles and support structures are identified first.
Customized slow and sustainable habit stacking is used to develop a steady and manageable shift away from toxic environments, habits and foods and toward a healthy routine that positions you among surroundings that support the absolute best in you.
“Mastermind" Classes.
These targeted classes offer an opportunity to understand the 'why' behind what is going on on your body. They are offered as monthly stand-alone paid workshops, but are included with the Transformation Package.
Sample topics include, but are not limited to: Navigating Hormone Health; Autoimmunity and Gut Health; Understanding and Kicking Cravings, etc.
Follow-up sessions.
Two 30-minute follow-up sessions are included to check in on progress, answer questions, discuss future goals, etc.
These are staggered to offer the opportunity to notice challenges and gain insight and suggestions to keep you progressing independently!

This option is primarily for returning clients wanting to check in, set new goals and/or discuss how to continue scaling their progress following the Transformation Package, or individuals wanting more information and resources than is covered during the Discovery Call.
Private session.
One 60-minute session by phone, in-person or Zoom, followed by session notes including recommendations, delivered via email.
Targeted consultation.
Prior to our scheduled meeting, you determine/communicate the topic of discussion to optimize our single session together.
Suggested Meal Guide.
One week of suggested meals, based on information shared - including recipes, photos and shopping guide - is included and will be emailed as a PDF.
