On average, members lose approximately 5%-8% of their total body weight in the first 16 days and then 1%-2% per week thereafter until optimal body weight has been achieved. Individual results will of course vary, and are influenced by adherence to your unique plan.

Once your labs results are received I will have your plan to review in roughly three to five business days and then you can start! While you wait for the results, time is not wasted - I will guide you through preparation to set yourself up for success!

This program is for anyone seeking to lose weight or to manage cholesterol, blood pressure, hormone imbalance, sugar imbalance, chronic fatigue, metabolic disorders, and/or overall feel better and learn how to properly fuel their body.

The Metabolic Balance Program contains 4 phases (below).
A 12-Week structured program and plan is provided, but because transformational change takes time, and we all work at different paces, extended coaching is included for a total period of 6 months once a member has enrolled.
Phases of the Metabolic Balance Program:
Preparatory: Duration - 2 days; preparing the body with a cleanse.
Strict: Duration - 2 weeks*; this is where you will follow your unique meal plan strictly, without modifications. *There is an ‘Extended Phase 2’ option depending on where a member is at regarding a weight loss/body composition goal.
Relaxed: Duration - varies per individual; often 2-3 months. Members move into this phase if they are at or very close to their desired body composition goal following Phase 2. Many opt to stay here for a while and scale or define their goals.
Maintenance: Life-long. This phase is entered when you are confident with and well-anchored in your new habits, way of eating, navigating challenges and uncontrolled circumstances and terrain, and understanding what fuels your cells and body and what systems work for you specifically. Here, we put parameters in place to support maintenance of your success!

What does this mean for your wellness goals?
It means that something has to fundamentally change in order for you to arrive at a new destination, instead of constantly being dumped back where you started. Even if we did not knowingly create or contribute to the struggles we face - we still have the power to choose action and change over complacency.
Whenever I hit a roadblock in any facet of my life, I reflect on this quote and task myself to pause, pan out and see the ‘whole’ before trying to solve the distressful ‘part’.
The same is true in my partnership with my clients. Our symptoms and pain points are a ‘part’ of a much greater ‘whole’ which includes our diet, genetic predisposition, occupation, relationships, lifestyle, environment, toxin exposure, etc.
You can’t address the symptom without being aware of everything else that influenced its emergence and surrounds it.
