Metabolic Balance is a scientifically based method that pairs your unique blood chemistry with the specific nutrients it needs - efficiently providing a holistic approach to weight loss, hormonal balance, gut repair and overall sustainable health.

At True Potential, we use this methodology as a powerful cornerstone in our Metabolic Balance Program. A custom nutrition plan is designed based on your blood values, medical history as well as preferences. You will be guided through 4 phases during a 12-week program, integrating analysis and reassessment of habits and pillars of health throughout. Additional one-on-one support for three more months thereafter is included - ensuring challenges are not navigated alone and you are grounded in the system that supported your success!

We provide our cells and systems with internal input in the form of food and nutrients. External input is given in the form of the environment we surround our bodies with and what we expose it to.  It's all information our body uses to orchestrate signaling within the body to produce appropriate responses that ensure our survival.​

Sometimes messaging gets mixed; signals and responses are inappropriate, causing us to feel 'off'; leading to inflammation and weight loss resistance, chronic fatigue and moodiness, sleep dysregulation and gut distress.  These are all signs of imbalance in the body. In order to calm down over-reactions and inappropriate responses - we need to clear up the messaging in our bodies. To do THAT - we need to back up and give it the right information; input that tells our body we are Safe.

Understanding what input it specifically needs as well as the foods and external factors that have been disrupting well-being is best supported by a targeted process. This is the beginning of our work together in the Metabolic Balance Program - and of repair and results!

What does this mean for your wellness goals?

It means that something has to fundamentally change in order for you to arrive at a new destination, instead of constantly being dumped back where you started. Even if we did not knowingly create or contribute to the struggles we face - we still have the power to choose action and change over complacency.

Whenever I hit a roadblock in any facet of my life, I reflect on this quote and task myself to pause, pan out and see the ‘whole’ before trying to solve the distressful ‘part’.

The same is true in my partnership with my clients. Our symptoms and pain points are a ‘part’ of a much greater ‘whole’ which includes our diet, genetic predisposition, occupation, relationships, lifestyle, environment, toxin exposure, etc.
